The Science Of Natural Law And The Production Of The Scientific Knowledge Of The State

Abstract

The following paper describes the different stages of development
of natural law as a science in the modern world, since
its separation from the theological theme and introduction as
university lecture on the European academic offer, until the
final production and dissemination of a iusnaturalista literary
genre in the intellectual enlightened world, establishing some
differences in the reception of this phenomenon in the French
and Spanish legal cultures during the eighteenth century.
