Resumen
Este texto examina dois pontos a partir de passos do Livro 8 de Tucídides: como se articulou a resistência democrática contra o golpe de 411 por parte dos marinheiros atenienses estacionados em Samos; e como o episódio ainda poderia auxiliar no aprimoramento de práticas democráticas contemporâneas.
